Evolve It - A dynamic class for all levels from beginner to advanced. Aimee Hayes has a Crossfit Coaching Certificate; she will lead you through a motivating session with a warm up followed with a skills lesson, then an intensified work out of the day.
Boxing - Here is the most effective calorie burning, fitness evolving way to get to your goals and make them happen FAST while having fun!
Boot Camp - Conditioning, burn calories and achieve your fitness goals with a combination of strength, cardio and muscle endurance.
Circuit - Weights and cardio combined for a mid to high intensity aerobic and resistance training, designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle tone and heart fitness.
