Thanks for your question, unfortunately we would not recommend this for breastfeeding mums as the food side would be to restrictive. However, you could do the training side of the programme and not the nutrition. Recommended gym sessions are min 4 times per week.

I don't have a gym membership & have cardio equipment (bike & cross trainer) at home along with a few hand weights & resistance bands - is this sufficient?

The workouts are gym based. Many of the exercises you will be able to do at home with some hand weights but many you might not be able to. You may be interested in the package for the nutrition side but you won't be able to do every exercise as it is detailed in your training plans on your app. Many thanks for your question.
