Can I please have clarification - "More than just a quick change of the filters, this comprehensive service includes flushing, cleaning" - is the service include having the heat pump filters changed? Are there different filters for different brand units? - I thought you just had them cleaned.

The service includes a cleaning of the filters and the heat pump indoor and outdoor units. The guys are very thorough, but if new filters or any other parts are required you would be quoted for this as an extra cost.
