on your website it lists this course as being on from 6am- 7am.
is that correct, do we have to be online at that time to watch a live video or the likes, or does the material for the course only come out at that time. ?

There is no requirement to attend all live lessons. We would recommend students to attend as many live lessons as possible as they are interactive and have a live Q & A session after each live lesson.

Should you miss any of our live webinars, you can access the recordings via our student log in area http://www.shawacademy.com/login.php

It can take up to 24hours for recordings to be posted after our live lesson is complete.

You will have access to these recordings for at least 1 month after the course is over.

There will be a final exam which will be 100 multiple choice questions you need to get a grade of 50% or higher to successfully pass the course.

1. Where is this Diploma accepted? i.e., Is it accepted in New Zealand and recognised as an NZQA qualification, or internationally?;

2. Why, when I try and contact the Auckland number provided as the contact point here in NZ, no-one answers? It's interesting to me that this course offers a "Diploma" after only 4 weeks of study, and moreover that a bona-fide learning institution can't even pick up a phone.
