If you've never been to Genghis Khan before, here's how it works: for starters, simply grab a bowl and head up to the salad bar. There you'll find a great selection of veges and salads, not to mention hot, tasty soups and fresh bread rolls. For your main, simply choose from a huge selection of meats, seafood and vegetables, add some oils, sauces and marinades and head over to the chefs. They'll cook all your chosen ingredients right in front of you, and serve up your delicious meal hot on a plate in no time. Feel free to repeat this process as much as you want, or for as long as your belt buckle allows, but be careful: there's still dessert to come. The chefs will whip you up some sweet pancakes, and then it's up to you to choose your favourite flavour of ice-cream and pour over your favourite sauces. You'll be looked after by friendly wait staff who are happy to take drinks orders for you and your fellow diners and to ensure that your Mongolian BBQ experience is as fun as it is delicious.
