If you've never been to Genghis Khan before, here's how it works. For starters, simply grab a bowl and head up to the salad bar. There's a great selection of salads and salad ingredients, not to mention hot, tasty soups and fresh bread rolls. For your main, simply choose from a huge selection of meats, seafood and vegetables, add some oils, sauces and marinades and head over to the chefs. They'll cook all your chosen ingredients right in front of you, and serve up your delicious meal hot on a plate in no time. You can repeat this process as much as you want, or for as long as your belt buckle allows! For desserts the chefs can whip you up some sweet pancakes and you can choose your favourite flavour of ice-cream, and pour over your favourite sauces.
