The fast and fun mozzarella, covers the 30-minute and one-minute methods. You will be able to see and learn how to make cheese and get to taste the delicious results at the end of the class. In small groups you will get the chance to test out your cullinary skills and enjoy a couple of cheeses from Over the Moon Dairy. But be quick, it's only limited to 24 spots.
