Just Relax - Adult Sessions: 

You'll be taken through a fun, informative, and most of all, relaxing four-week course teaching you how to relax and breathe away your stress. You can even pick up skills for the whole family.
Feel calmer and more in control.

Relax Kids Sessions: 

These sessions use a unique seven-step system which takes children through high-energy activities like dancing and games, through to low-energy, calming activities such as stretching, peer massage and affirmations. The sessions always finish up with relaxing under warm, cosy blankets listening to the Relax Kids meditation stories. Often after sessions, children create a piece of art or craft to take home - this helps them to continue their relaxation journey at home.

About Relax Kids: 

Founded in 2014, Relax Kids Dunedin is built on a passion for fostering the inner strength and calmness in children and positive relationships in families. Owner Danielle loves enabling children to develop these vital life skills whilst also empowering parents. Combing her training as a primary school teachers with a background in performing arts, Danielle delivers fun and creative techniques for children and families to use. As a mother of two, her approach is also influenced by her experiences as a mum of two, her strong community spirit and her interests in yoga and meditation.
