Piloxing:

• A mixture of boxing and pilates, this class is a fat-torching, muscle-sculpting, core-centric interval workout. Piloxing enforces low impact movements and involves elements of dance in combination with high intensity exercises – the perfect combination for people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.

Muay Thai Fit:

• A one-hour barefoot class where you will learn fitness-based Muay Thai kickboxing through a range of exercises and movements. This class involves a range of explosive exercises utilising plyometrics, calisthenics as well as weighted stations to engage your entire body for a high intensity workout.

Plyo Hiit:

• These 30-minute and one-hour circuit based classes are aimed at strength and conditioning, with a focus on utilising a range of body weight movements and exercises. You'll use kettlebells, medicine balls, free weights and equalizers, although these are kept to a minimum. The exercises are designed to target all muscle groups for an explosive high intensity blast.

Boxing Babes:

• In this women-focused class, you'll get to glove up for an hour-long session of boxing and kickboxing that will engage your arms, shoulders, core, legs, glutes and thighs for a complete body workout. Blow off some stream through a variety of effective exercises and movements while learning a range of boxing drills, moves and combos. This class will utilise pad work, kickboxing bags and stations involving a range of explosive exercises utilising plyometrics, calisthenics as well as weights.
