I watch my little dwarf hamster, Caspar, scampering in his wheel like there’s no tomorrow. I hear the axel squeak and I peak my head round the door to watch him. CrossFit Dunedin Women is an all-encompassing, results based, six week, physical conditioning programme. Training together three times a week, the program is focused on increasing lean muscle density and decreasing body fat. You’ll train with ten other, focused women, in a highly supportive, challenging, fun and very successful group environment. CrossFit Dunedin Women is a highly effective, functional and scalable program – suitable for all, regardless of age, size and current fitness level. Every workout and every exercise is adaptable; CrossFit Dunedin Women is for everyone – athlete to novice. Your concession card can be used for Box101 which is CrossFit Dunedin's very popular non-contact boxing programme and Club GPP which is a circuit class which involves flipping truck tyres, using old kegs for weights etc. Please see website for more info and session times.
Sessions are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5.45pm.
