Hatha Flow:
75-minute gentle yoga classes with a flow between poses. Expect a slower paced stretching focused class with some basic pranayams breathing exercises and a meditation at the end. This class will help improve your alignment, relaxation techniques, as well as helping to build strength and flexibility.
Strength & Flexibility:
75-minute class suitable for all levels. This class focuses on enhancing your flexibility without losing stability. Expect a series of flowing postures coupled with pranayams that help you to gain flexibility, mobility, and strength.

About Alisa Sacino and Kassandra Lynne:

Alisa Sacino is certified with both Pranakryia 200hr and Pre/Post Natal Yoga. She has been an active practitioner over the past few years and has found that stretching is key to everyday life. A dedicated student and teacher, she is continuing working towards her 500hr certification. Alisa has found a passion teaching the fundamentals to beginners and improving the flexibility to athletes of all kinds. She believes that yoga is for everyone and all body types. Kassandra Lynne is a professional massage therapist and yoga instructor passionate about providing a comfortable and relaxing yoga experience for all.
