The University of Cantebury RecCentre is the primary fitness facility on campus. With all the usual gym offerings covered, they also provide a large weights area, boxing training area, suspension training area, cardio equipment, climbing wall, squash courts and sport courts. You don't have to go it alone to get fit though, they've got a variety of group fitness classes and programmes to ensure you've got the support you need to achieve your fitness goals.
