Does that mean that no more than $15 (25% of $60) can be spent on alcoholic drinks? Is this a new condition or was it in earlier deals from The Cuban?

This applies to the drinks proportion of the total bill and the max discount that can be given - it is in line with the sale and supply of alcohol act. For example, if you ordered drinks to the value of $20, you would only be able to have the $5 discounted on these
