Bookings essential. Subject to availability. Valid for device and location stated in coupon title only. Valid for mail-in or drop-off repairs. For the mail-in option, your device will be sent back to you free of charge. For sending your device in, signature required post is a must and the cost of postage is to be paid by the sender (responsibility for parcel tracking is not held by Fixxed, so be sure to keep your postal receipt/tracking number). You must have your GrabOne voucher present for online redemption purposes. No voucher/code, no repair. Repairs come with a 3 month warranty, however if your device has been repaired before, the standard 3 month warranty will only apply to the component installed during the repair. If any further faults are discovered during the repair, you will be contacted with a no obligations quote, outlining the fault and extra cost involved.
