The salon does use Olaplex, it will be an additional $39.50 for the first treatment.

As highlighted in the conditions " Extra charges may apply for long and/or thick hair. For colour correction or if you thinking about going from black to blonde please note that you may require more than one treatment and this may incur an additional cost. If colour is required in between foils this will incur and additional cost payable direct to merchant.".

Yes this does apply to current and new customers.

Toners are an additional charge. Call 03 365 2226 to find out more about these and the prices.

If the color toner is required after lightening of a ombre, then yes it would cost more.

"Because when they say 'total', they mean it, this deal includes it all: a consultation, shampoo and conditioning treatment, head and chair massage, style and cut, unlimited foils and/or global colour and a blow wave to finish it all off - and as if this amazing deal wasn't already enough, you'll also receive $20... but then it may be extra for long or thick hair?? Can you use your $20 voucher towards that?
