But in the conditions it says "Valid from Dec 16, 2015
Expires Mar 16, 2016"

Can you please clear this up?

Grabone will generate a coupon for you once you made your purchase - then you must pick up movie tickets within four weeks by redeeming the coupon but then your tickets are valid indefinitely and can be used at anytime for any movie.
