Daniel Maine commented over 7 years ago. I am not completely satisfied with the service at Woff n Fix. They promised 1 hour service at booking and then told 1hr 30mins when I dropped the car off. Upon collection Woff n Fix hadn't started the service and what I witnessed a very basic service yet I paid for a comprehensive car service. The Staff was very laid back and unprofessional with no urgency. 3 guys were trying to multi task on multiple vehicles and one kept disappearing offsite to buy correct parts. No check list was utilised through out the service and their website depicts nothing of their garage. Sadly google reviews of this garage are 100% negative.

Highlighted below is what I saw them perform. I had to remind them to check my windscreen spray a few times.

Regarding your comment, when we promise a time to customer we usually deliver it. Sometimes if some customers needs more work to be done on the car we cant get the car off the hoist. So the following appointments will be delayed, which happened in your case. We apologize for it. Yesterday was real busy and quite a few cars have been delayed as well. Regarding the part we have changed your oil catridge, most of oil filters/catridges comes with numbers and we get the part accordingly. In your case we got the same number catridge which didnt fit in the car. So we need to take the catridge back to the supplier to get the same one. Regarding the wiper water, the mechanic advised the pipes are hard and if we try to check it might break and you advised to leave it and get you a quote.

We have most of the repeated customer coming back to us happily is for the work we do. We never had any complaints with customers.
