To be part of a Chinese circus, familiarity with the pole act is helpful. Upper body strength, dedication and a crazy love for heights is pretty crucial. If you're not quite as experienced in this art form then it's best to start with the basics.

Viva Latino! Dance Studios offers everything from salsa dancing to Spanish lessons. With a focus on community and having fun you'll love the energy constantly present at this happening place. The pole dancing classes will be under the instruction of Natasha Patel - an experienced and skilled teacher who will show you all the tricks.
