Hi Salesh - the deal is for the joining fee only, you can then do the challenge on your own if you have some weight training experience or use one of our Ultimate trainers for $99 per week. Usually PT sessions cost anywhere from $40 -$100 per hour and on the challenge you are getting 3 plus 3 group sessions for only $99.

Yes you can see us 6x per week for $99. 3 group sessions and 3 personal training sessions to the Ultimate Body Transformation training system :)
