They've spend the best part of five years studying and analysing gyms, and have realised that you don't want to walk on treadmills, you don't want to mess around on fancy machines and you don't want to do 80s fitness classes, while only achieving a lighter wallet. The Wall focuses on improving the human machine – the mind and body – by pushing you beyond what you've ever done before. They do this with a mixture of functional training, including Olympic lifting, calisthenics, power-lifting and metabolic conditioning, backed up by science, so that you get the results that you want.
