Standing proud on Vulcan Lane since 1870, The Occidental Hotel became The Occidental Belgian Beer Cafe in 1999 and has been serving up delicious French quality food in robust German portions ever since. If you can get past the plates of steamed or grilled mussels with a mouth-watering range of sauces and flavours, the menu also includes a selection of sharing plates such as chicken wings with Belgian beer sauce, salt and pepper squid.
