Bookings essential. Subject to availability. Consultations within Auckland area only; Amy Sherpa is located in Central Auckland (Onehunga) and Elspeth Witton is located in West Auckland (Glen Eden). Travel surcharge of 77 cents per kilometre will be added when consultation is located more than 20 km from consultant's home suburb. The client can make a preference as to which of The Baby Sleep Practitioners provides the consultation. If a preference is not made the consultation will be provided by The Baby Sleep Practitioner that is available and/or is located closest to the client. The Baby Sleep Practitioner holds the right to cancel consultation. If the consultation cannot be rescheduled within 20 working days the customer will be refunded the coupon price. Any information provided to The Baby Sleep Practitioners’ will remain private and confidential. The only terms on which information may be disclosed is if a professional judgement is made that there is a safety risk to the mother, baby and/or general public. The client's personal information will be protected by the principles of the Privacy Act 1993. All practitioners hold current Practising Certificates and are accountable to the Code of Conduct and the Guidelines for Professional Boundaries set by The Nursing Council of New Zealand.
