Vincent McCartney commented over 8 years ago. "Valid for window cleaning up to a height of 10 feet only." - where is this measurement taken to? Pretty sure that my upstairs windows start below 10 feet but the top of them will certainly above 10 feet. Does this mean that this deal is only valid on single story houses?

The deal is valid for both single and double storey houses. Just that windows on the second level would not be cleaned from exterior if above 10 feet.
