Bookings essential. Subject to availability. Not valid public holidays. No shows or 48 hour cancellation policy applies or rebooking fee is $25. Must be used in one visit & at one property only. Travel is included within a 20km radius from the base in Unsworth Heights – outside of this area will incur travel charges. When booking, distance will be established using Wises Maps so costing can be agreed on at time of booking. Furniture can be moved on request. All extra payments due are to be paid on the day to technician and made out by cheques to Sherlock Cleaning Systems, or a late fee will apply. Extra rooms can be added for $20 each. Steps can be added for $0.50 - $1 depending on their size. Rug cleaning can be added from $5 each, depending on size. Stain removal is extra and the prices start at $20 per stain, depending on the size, and there is no guarantee that the stain can be removed. Not valid for leather or suede suites. $20 per extra seating for the lounge suite option. Extra Ottoman $10 each, foot stools $5, Lazy Boy chairs extra $5 each, upholstery of centerpiece in corner lounge suites $10 extra.
