http://goo.gl/NgLP5b. If you answer yes to any question on the form you need to get medical clearance from your doctor prior to the start of your course. You must be able to continuously swim 200m (or snorkel 300m), tread water for 10 mins in water too deep to stand up, & be 15 years of age or older. All equipment is supplied except mask, snorkel, fins and boots - these can be hired or purchased. Students can hire these for the duration of the course for $100 which will be deducted from a package purchase price should they decide to purchase either during or after the course.
