If the hedge is a bit over 2m but you want it trimmed down to that height is this included? Or needs to be quoted separately?

I have tried to contact the merchant direct 027 837 0834 but only answer service then I checked on the link to the merchant's website theres another phone number (09)412 6208 but its disconnected, is this business still in trade? I need to know before I purchase any vouchers.
