• Confit duck salad with baby beetroot, dried cherries, walnuts and rocket
• Waikanae crab lasagne with leeks, ricotta and lemon butter
• Moroccan spiced lamb pastry with carrot salad and date chutney
• Crispy-skin pork belly slow cooked with fennel and cider, potato puree, pickled slaw and apple marmalade

Six-Course Vegetarian Degustation Menu

• Japanese pickled vegetables with wasabi and caper dressing
• Goats cheese salad with baby beetroot, dried cherries,walnuts and rocket
