Unfortunately not, as one voucher needs a minimum of two people for it to be valid.
So you can use two vouchers for four people.

One voucher is valid for a minimum of two people, therefor you will will need a minimum of 2 people to use 1 voucher or a minimum of 4 people to use 2 vouchers :)
