Bookings essential. Subject to availability. Must be used by one person. Max one voucher per person. Valid towards fillings, crowns, bridges, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, extraction and dentures. Free consultation applies if patient goes ahead with any dental treatment. If patient is not suitable for treatment, a refund will be given by GrabOne but a consultation fee of $150 is applicable and to be paid directly to Laser Lifecare. Where possible, crowns will be completed in one session. If not, an appointment will be scheduled for you within 2 weeks to bond the porcelain crown and you will have a temporary crown placed. 48-hour cancellation policy applies or appointment is void, rescheduled appointments will incur extra costs.
