If it's a Four or five bedroom lounge and dining room kitchen and bathroom external only $185
But as the deal says depending on size there could be extra to pay on the day between $40 to $80 hard to tell without seeing the house

If its a 3 bedroom house Buy the $135 (option 9 ) or If its a 4 to 5 bedroom house $185 (option 11)
