Led by an experience teacher with a pantry full of cooking secrets, you'll discover all the tips and tricks to impress your next dinner guests. The classes are small so that you can learn in a intimate environment and come out more confident than ever.

Menu A : Monday only (non-vegetarian)

  • Onion Bhaji "Pakora" (onions fried in spiced lentil flour batter)
  • Chicken Karahi with Chapatti (chicken cooked in tomato, ginger and coriander)
  • Saffron Kheer (saffron rice pudding)

Menu B: Tuesday only (non-vegetarian)

  • Beef kebab served with yoghurt dip
  • Chicken Korma served with Chapatti and cumin rice
  • Gajar Halwa (sweet carrot dish)

Menu C: Thursday only (vegetarian Thaali)

  • Crumbed potato cake served with tamarind chutney
  • Chick pea curry, Palak Paneer and Makhani Daal served with plain rice and Chapatti
  • Vermicelli milk pudding
