There is no limit to the size of the house, however these hours/prices are based on an average sized house. The cleaner will do a spot assessment when they arrive, and if there are any concerns (e.g. they think they will need more time) we will get in touch with you right away. You can either choose for them to focus on certain areas, or if you want to add more time you can (this would be charged at our usual rate of $25 per hour).

E.g. A two bedroom, one bathroom house (including kitchen and living area) is estimated to take two hours. An inside cabinet clean is estimated to take 1.5 hours, so you can add this on if you want. You can choose how to use your hours :)

For this reason, we cannot 100% guarantee specific dates are available until the clean is booked with a cleaner assigned. We require bookings three days in advance at the moment so you can request a clean for the 24th December. The sooner you book the better!

Hi Nancy, if you have a particularly big job to do, this might be better as a Deep Clean, which is a separate service we offer. You can check out the details of this on our website, but unfortunately this deal is only for regular home cleaning and cannot be used for a deep clean :(
