• Risotto - saffron risotto with prawns, calamari and mussels topped with gremolata OR
• Pizza Frutti di Mare - tomato, mozzarella with prawns, calamari and mussels, finished with Italian parsley and lemon juice

For Carnetarians:

• Bruschetta - toasted house bread topped with Fegatini spread made with chicken livers, capers, caramelised onion and beef rump
• Antipasto - Italian cured meats with bread, black olives and feta
• Tagliata - aged sirloin grilled medium-rare topped with rocket, parmesan and balsamic salsa served with roast potatoes
