Fitness Corp's boot camp is a three week military-inspired training programme that combines various training methods to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic capacity to get you fitter faster and burning fat. The variety of activities in each 45 minute session include sprinting, body weight exercises, ammo box and sand bag work, and military based exercises like leopard crawling to body drags, and includes the use of shells and tyres for a real military training experience.
