Hi there, I'd be keen to try this out (I think!) but just wondering whether the childcare option would still be available for me to use, as I have three children under age 4. What does the childcare service involve? Also is there good support for someone who is rather unfit and has had back problems since having the baby? Thanks!

Rudi from Exceed Fitness commented over 8 years ago. Hi Willow, Just a quick note on our Child minding. Yes, you can bring in all your kids. This is a child minding service, NOT a childcare service. It means that if your child doesn't settle or needs to go to the toilet, then we ask you to do that. It is rare that a child doesn't settle though. We operate a booking system, where you can book your kids 1 week in advance. You must book your child in though, don't just turn up without booking. We use the booking sheet to determine resources required for each day.
We strongly suggest that you try the 9:15am classes. Each class has an instructor leading the class and it is a fun and safe way to get fit. The instructor will provide options for the less experienced participants. There is always a staff member available to give advice. Regards Rudi
