There doesn't seem to be any issues on our end either. Please ensure there are no spaces when you enter the credit card number and ensure the credit card expiry date is valid.

Yes the ninja area will be extra, these vouchers are for a 1 hour jump for 2 people.

You can make two bookings online with us for the same session, the one you have done & then one with your grabone voucher. You will all still get to jump together.

We are looking st St Johns location. Also, how does it work if the group is mixed ages? We would be a group of 5 yrs, 3 years and 20 months. Can parents jump with kids? Thanks for the help
