What is hourly rate if exceeds 4 hours?

I need paving around my washing line (area is un levelled grass approx 3m x 5m)
Will 4 or 8 hours be enough?
Second area is grassed about 5m x 5m, this area needs to be dug out, levelled and landscaped with existing water feature.
Would 4 or 8 hours cover this?
