Baked chicken – breast of chicken stuffed with mozzarella, spinach and pine nut, served with pinto beans and parmesan gnocchi
Bistro scotch fillet – chargrilled scotch fillet, with mash potato, mushroom sauce and caramelised shallots, and day vegetables
Halo Bar venison steak – served with braised red cabbage, roasted corn, potato salad and cherry port jus.
Pork belly – roasted pork belly with crunchy apple cranberry sauce, golden kumara puree and sticky honey jus
Smoked chicken pasta – tagliatelle with a rich tomato and creamy sauce, house manuka smoked chicken topped with feta

Panacotta – served with vanilla infused whipped cream and strawberry coulis
