I have townhouse 3 level 3 bedrooms in Te Atatu South (lvl 1 has 1 bedroom, lvl2 living room and dinner room and level 3 has 2 bedrooms), There is 14 steps each level so total has 28 steps. Should I buy 4 bedrooms to cover all? Any extra charge in Te Atatu South area? cheers
