There is a limit of one per user for this deal. The full conditions are below:

I just don't want to buy the voucher which includes a filling if it turns out I don't need a filling

Two surface fillings means fillings on two surfaces of teeth, it can be like single surface filling on two individual teeth or two surface filling on a single tooth (if filling is big, involving two surfaces of a tooth)
