There is a limit of two to be used by yourself and then two to gift to others to use :)

how does the less than 25% for alcohol work: if we eat for $34 and drink wine for $16 do we have to pay anything above the $25 for $50 voucher?

You would find that the merchant would discount the food proportion of the bill so in essence you would be paying nearly standard price for the drinks; if that makes sense :)
