The deal states 3 price ranges for house areas ($1299 up to 120 sqm, $1499 for 121-150 sqm, and $1799 for 151 - 180sqm).
But under the buy options the sqm for the first price brackets are less - $1299: 100sqm, $1499: 101-150sqm, $1799: 151-181sqm)
For a 120sqm house I presume the price is $1299 as advertised not $1499?

Do you quote for steeper roofs, less than 120sqm, two level house.
